Kids in the Hall: Death Comes to Town (2010)
In the small town of Shuckton, Ontario, which has just placed a bid to host the 2028 Summer Olympics, its mayor, Larry Bowman, is found murdered. As the authorities investigate, other townsfolk with a personal history to the deceased mayor conduct their own unofficial investigations to see if they can discover who committed the murder. Life in Shuckton continues under the leadership of the new mayor who has her own agenda, and under the watchful eye of the local news team, who not only have more news to cover than usual but who are dealing with their own internal issues. But as life continues, so does Death, he who has some more names on his list and some old scores to settle.

Black Mirror is a British television drama series created by Charlie Brooker. The series is produced by Zeppotron for Endemol. Regarding the programme's content and structure, Brooker noted, "each episode has a different cast, a different setting, even a different reality. But they're all about the way we live now – and the way we might be living in 10 minutes' time if we're clumsy."[1]
An Endemol press release describes the series as "a hybrid of The Twilight Zone and Tales of the Unexpected which taps into our contemporary unease about our modern world", with the stories having a "techno-paranoia" feel. Channel 4 describes the first episode as "a twisted parable for the Twitter age"

Magic City
As Frank Sinatra rings in a new year in the grand ballroom of Miami Beach's most luxurious dream palace - the Miramar Hotel - its visionary leader, Ike Evans, must deal with the Mob, his complicated family and a city in the midst of dramatic change as Fidel Castro takes control of Cuba, just 200 miles offshore. By day the hotel at the center of 'Magic City' is all diving clown acts and cha-cha lessons by the pool, but at night Miami Beach reveals a darker truth. Dopers, dealers, strippers, gangsters and those who arrest them drift together to hear the top nightclub acts perform. Just beneath the surface, racial tensions stir. Ike must deal with all of this, even while global intrigue is brewing right under his roof.
